Offsite pre fabrication has always been a Company strength. When engaged by OLA studio and Melbourne Zoo to construct the Giraffe Café and Dining deck facility at Melbourne Zoo, our ability to offsite fabricate and reduce site disruption was integral to our winning bid.
Restricted site access and public traffic demanded close coordination of construction activities. All framing, timber window awnings, kitchen cabinets and stainless steel benches were prebuilt in our yard and dismantled for quick erection onsite.
In just eight weeks we completed this facility, to OLA's exact requirements and Food Service standards.
